We are 901 Real Estate Services, formerly known as Downtown Condo Connection. For over a decade, our company has been selling condos Downtown. In 2017, our Owner Kendall Haney decided it was the right time for a name change. He wanted to reflect our presence in all areas of Memphis, not just Downtown. Kendall has been a Memphis Realtor for 33 years, working as a Broker under Keller Williams. He later formed Kendall Haney Group, and Downtown Condo Connection. After leaving Keller Williams in 2017, he became the main Broker for 901 Real Estate Services. And so it began!
Our colors are white, black, and gold – Hard to miss! Be on the lookout for our ‘For Sale’ signs around town.
Our Team is like a family with unique quirks and backstories, but we all come together as ONE. Our various ages and backgrounds make it an interesting place to be! We have a Property Management department, a Real Estate department, and our Real Estate Agents. Regardless, someone is always here to assist you.
Have you visited our office? If not, you should! Not only do we have a swanky office with eye-catching vintage finds, but we have a good time. Come down to our office for a chat with one of our Agents. We have a conference room where they can show you all the available Listings within your range.
Maybe you’ve seen us around town? Part of our Mission is Community Involvement. We believe in paying it forward and being a part of the solution. Most of us are Memphis natives, and we have seen our city evolve over the years. Memphis is making a great comeback and the sky is the limit! We are so excited to be a part of the city’s progress and Community Outreach. In 2017, we have been involved in raising money for charities for Women’s Cancer Research and Friends for Life (Men and Women affected by HIV).
