Where Downtown living is fun

The condos at Union Commons are tucked into a low-rise building on Union Avenue adjacent to the Memphis Cotton Museum, between Front and Main streets. The museum, which celebrates the city’s history with King Cotton in the former Memphis Cotton Exchange, is just a footnote in the description of Union Commons’ location. The 71 Union Ave. address is within blocks of the Downtown Core’s various office buildings and right at the heart of the wide selection of restaurant and nightlife options the neighborhood offers.

Union Commons occupies a three-story building that was converted into condos in 1989. The large loft units feature one bedroom and a flex space. Large open living spaces combine with hardwood floors and large windows to give these condos a comfortable Downtown vibe. Residents have access to a rooftop deck, New Orleans-style courtyard and secured parking in the adjacent garage. You don’t even have to walk outside to get to your car, although you’ll want to leave the keys at home and enjoy a stroll on the nearby Main Street Mall or along the riverfront just a couple of blocks away.
