Eric was great! With this being new construction there were a couple minor issues that were not known until apt was occupied. 901 was easily reached and acted promptly and attentively to correct! All a reasonable person could ask for.

Usually a maintenance issue is not a pleasant experience, but from initial contact with 901 to completion of repair this problem was handled in a very professional manner. Danielle, Eric, and David could not have been nicer and more importantly helpful. David let me know the problem and what he was going to do and when it would be fixed and it was no mess. You would have never known they were there! All concerned from 901 were attentive, pleasant, and professional. Thanks.
