Agent - Dean Lopez

Dominador “Dean” Lopez is the freshest face of our Realtor team. New to the Real Estate world, he is already off to an amazing start with his first closing right around the corner. Originally born in the Philippines, Dean’s family moved to America when he was two years old. Growing up in Carson, California, he established his work ethic early on when he maintained his own paper route. Dean graduated from Phineas Banning High School in the Los Angeles area, then deciding to journey across the country for college. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Hunter College in the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City. Moving to Memphis a few years ago, Dean acquired positions as a server at notable local restaurants such as McEwen’s, Fleming’s Steakhouse, The Farmer, Restaurant Iris, and The Second Line. Coincidentally, he first met 901 Real Estate Service’s owner, Kendall Haney, while waiting on his table at The Second Line. Over these recent years, friends, family, and Kendall repeatedly suggested Dean had the perfect personality to be a Realtor. As anyone can observe, Dean thrives off of social interaction and providing outstanding customer service. Inspiration took hold and he decided to take the plunge, launching his Real Estate career under the expert wings of 901 Real Estate Services in Spring 2017. Dean is a natural at networking and does not know a stranger. His hospitable, engaging presence immediately puts patrons at ease. We are tremendously grateful Dean chose 901 Real Estate Services as his employer. We look forward to his longstanding tenure with our company and his bright future serving our wonderful clients.
