2 West G.E. Patterson Avenue
Contemporary elegance with historic warehouse character
Heavy timbers, concrete floors and sturdy brick exteriors make up the bones of 2 West, a converted warehouse in the South Main Arts District. This solidly built structure began its life as an industrial warehouse constructed in 1915. A complete restoration brought back the historic charm of the building, highlighting the original brickwork and featuring all new concrete floors throughout. Corridors feature large skylights and carpeting for better sound control.
The building contains 20 units, most with two floors of living space. Unit sizes range from 1,375 square feet to 2,727 square feet. Four of the six ground-floor units include basements. These spacious units are open and include 13- to 15-foot ceilings. The two-story lofts on the second level feature balconies facing west. Units feature exposed brick, columns and heavy timber ceilings, showcasing the historic charm of this grand building.
Owners can enjoy the rooftop deck with friends, replete with seating and unmatched views of the neighborhood and Downtown skyline. A fitness area is open to all owners and guests, and each unit is assigned one basement storage room. Owners can rest assured their homes are secure with personalized access codes and a call box at the door for guests. Assigned parking at the rear of the building is monitored via 24-hour surveillance cameras, and owners can access a live stream.
